I appreciated the communication before arrival to determine the likely issue, as well as the probable cost. The service was friendly and professional. My dishwasher developed a fault and Raphael responded immediately when I contacted Authentic Appliance Repairs Ltd. He was able to do the repair the following day and kept me informed as to when he would arrive. He explained clearly what the fault was and what the cost would be.
